‘Rosa, Rose, Rosam’ La Grange Tiphaine

From Loire, France is a sparkling wine that screams fresh. Don’t think to much into it, this medium-bodied wine is as delicious as it looks. With notes of cherries and strawberries each glass will be as refreshing as the last. The finish is dry, bright and lively with nice mineral steak.

Chateau Maris: Natural Selection Biodynamic Syrah 

A lush Syrah from France with notes of plum, black cherry, and Violet. Biodynamic wine is the cleanest and purest as wine can get using organic farming methods & everything is biodynamic about this wine from the grapes to the bottles to even the paper for the label.

  • Pecorino

  • Asiago

  • Veal

 

Zinfandel, Old Vines Turkey

Composed of a variety of old sites from California, this is arguably of the best zinfandels in the industry. This juicy wine offers loads of raspberry and briary fruit, a full-bodied mouthfeel, good purity, zesty acidity and ripe tannin. Layered and rich, it is a satisfying, lusty Zinfandel that will drink well over the next 4-5 years.
